| How long does the carpet take to dry? It takes about 6 hours to dry your carpet. The length of time it takes to dry your carpet can also be affected by the weather. During winter, it can take longer, up to 24 hours. When can I walk on my carpet? We recommend that you do not walk on your carpet with shoes for at least 24 hours, until it has had time to completely dry. In about 3 to 4 hours, it will be safe to walk on with clean socks. It is not recommended that you walk on your carpet with bare feet or shoes until completely dried. I have reoccurring spots or stains? If a spot has returned after cleaning, it may have been due to the nature of the spot. Deep stains tend to surface if they are in the backing of the carpet. Do you move furniture? Yes, we do move furniture. Make sure to inform us when you are making your appointment so we can be prepared. Grout: What type of sealer do you use? We use an industrial strength impregnator sealant that bonds directly with the grout. How long does the seal last? 2 to 3 Years if properly maintained. How long does the sealer take to dry? About a half hour to an hour depending on the weather. What should I clean my tile with after it has been sealed? In order to keep your floor looking its best, we recommend that you clean it at least once a week with a neutral PH cleaner (or water). Never use harsh chemicals, such as bleach or ammonias, as this will cause the sealant to break down and leave your grout unprotected. |
